Planning and Institutional Improvement (PAII)
Led by the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor, the Office of Planning and Institutional Improvement (PAII) oversees IUPUI’s efforts to maximize and advance IUPUI's mission. PAII colleagues do this through a combination of student assessment and program review, ongoing processes aimed at setting goals and standards for institutional improvement, systematically gathering and analyzing evidence to assess performance in relation to strategic goals, and implementing changes toward institutional effectiveness and accountability. In addition, PAII oversees and provides campus-wide strategic leadership support, internal consulting services, and external engagements with the broader higher education community.
