There will be a service fee of $15 for all cancellations made prior to October 14, 2012. There will be no refunds of any kind after October 14, 2012.
Institute Registration Fees:
Early Bird Registration: Registering on or before September 13, 2012Early Bird Individual: $275.00 ea. (October 29 - 30, 2012) Early Bird Group: $265.00 ea. (October 29 - 30, 2012) Group = three or more persons from the same organization registering with single payment)
Regular Registration Rates: Registering after September 13, 2012 Individual: $290.00 ea. (October 29 - 30, 2012) Group:
$280.00 per person (October 29 - 30, 2012) Group = three or more persons from the same organization registering with single payment)
Institute Luncheon Institute Luncheon: $30.00 ea. (October 29, 2012)
Optional Pre-Institute Workshops and Fees:
Pre-Institute workshops are optional in-depth sessions offered on Sunday, October 28, 2012 for an additional fee. If you plan to attend a Pre-Institute workshop, refer to the list of descriptions as you make your selections when registering.
Hotel Accommodations:
The host hotel is the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown. This property is currently sold out of rooms at the conference rate. A secondary room block has now been set up at the JW Marriott Hotel. The JW Marriott Hotel is located just a few blocks from the Marriott Downtown . Please call (888) 236-2427 for reservations. The room rate for the JW Marriott is $145 per night plyus applicable taxes.
(SOLD OUT) The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown - Institute Site - Rooms are reserved at the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, 350 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225. The number of Institute rooms is limited. To reserve your accommodations online, please visit the Marriott Reservations Web site or you can call the Marriott Downtown hotel directly at (877) 303-0104. Be sure to identify yourself as attending the 2012 Assessment Institute to be eligible to receive the conference rate. The hotel deadline to obtain these rates is September 27, 2012.
The Indianapolis Marriott Downtown Room Rates:
Single Occupancy: $145 + tax Double Occupancy: $145 + tax Triple Occupancy: $145 + tax Quad Occupancy: $145 + tax
- Hotel's room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes currently in effect at the time of check-in.
- All guests will be required to initial their departure date upon check-in. Any early departures will be subject to a $75.00 fee. This fee will be posted to the individual guest’s credit card if payment is to be made by the guest. If room and tax will be posted to the master account the early departure fee (s) will be posted to the master account.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit and guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservation canceled within (48) hours of the arrival date will be charged for one (1) night’s room and tax.
