Registration

Registrations will be accepted until October 3, 2008 on a first-return basis. There will be a service fee of $15 for all cancellations made prior to October 14, 2008. There will be no refunds of any kind after October 14, 2008.

Institute Registration Fees:

Individual:	$275.00 ea. (October 27-28, 2008)
Speaker:	$275.00 ea. (October 27-28, 2008)
Group:	$265.00 per person (October 27-28, 2008) Group = three or more persons from the same organization registering with single payment)
Institute Luncheon:	$25.00 ea. (October 27, 2008)

Optional Pre-Institute Workshops and Fees:

Pre-Institute workshops are optional in-depth sessions offered on Sunday, October 26, 2008 for an additional fee. If you plan to attend a Pre-Institute workshop, refer to the list of descriptions as you make your selections when registering.

The Westin Indianapolis (Institute Site) -
Rooms are reserved at The Westin Indianapolis, 50 South Capitol Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The number of rooms Institute rooms is limited. Reservations can be made by calling 1-317-262-8100, or through the Westin Central Reservation Offices at 1-800-937-8461. Be sure to identify yourself as attending the 2008 Assessment Institute to be eligible to receive the conference rate. The hotel deadline to obtain these rates is September 25, 2008.

The Westin Indianapolis Room Rates:

Single Occupancy:	$130 + 16% tax
Double Occupancy:	$130 + 16% tax
Triple Occupancy:	$150 + 16% tax
Quad Occupancy:	$150 + 16% tax

Early Hotel Departure Fee:
There will be an early departure fee of one night's room and tax in the event that you check out prior to your reserved check-out date. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.

Self Park: $25 (24 hours, no in-and-out privileges) -
In underground garage, which can be accessed from Washington St.

Valet Parking: $28.00 (for 24 hours, in-and-out privileges)

The Westin Internet Options:

Offers hi-speed wired and wireless internet options:

• Hi-speed Wired Internet Access is available in your guest rooms at a cost from check-in until noon the following day.
• Wireless Internet Access is available at no-charge in the lobbies of the hotel. Note their system can only handle about 100 people at a time, so there is no guarantee that access will be available.

SOLD OUT - Hilton Garden Inn - We have arranged additional hotel options with the Hilton Garden Inn, 10 East Market Street. Located downtown, the Hilton Garden Inn is 6 blocks from the Westin. Call them at 1-317-955-9700 and mention the Assessment Institute. Valet parking is available at $22 per night or self park at $14 per night.
